THE PROJECT
North Court Pool and Spa Remodel — Resurfaced Pool, New Spa and Porcelain Patio in Waddell
This full remodel transformed an existing pool and yard. The old finish was replaced with mini pebble, and a new spa and baja shelf were added. Coping and waterline tile were renewed. Nearly 2,900 sq ft of porcelain pavers and about 3,500 sq ft of artificial turf replaced the old hardscape and lawn. A new Hayward equipment package added a salt system and automated chemistry, and the front yard was refreshed with rock and desert plants.
